Accounting Professional

Growing public accounting firm seeking experienced accounting professional to join our Business Services and Solutions Team. H&M’s Business Services and Solutions Team offers a whole host of outsourced accounting services to business owners. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum 2 year degree
• Bookkeeping and/or accounting clerk experience
• Able to prepare journal entries and knowledge of general ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll preparation & filing of related returns
• Accounts payable and bill pay experience
• Sales tax and Commercial Activity tax filings
• Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to work
• QuickBooks experience (Certified ProAdvisor, a plus)
• Accounting CS experience, a plus
• Compilations & financial statement preparation, a plus
